To build a healthier and safer community by connecting underserved people with the available resources they need.

We achieve this mission by:

-Using mobile healthcare to reach underserved people and help them recognize and address their health and social challenges.

-Actively networking with local community organizations to understand and take full advantage of the full scope of available resources.

We are able to do more with less by:

-Focusing on preventative interventions

-Recognizing that many health and social issues are interrelated.

-analyzing data from previous projects to make the next ones more effective and efficient.
